The deal, in one line: post your FRESURE order on Instagram, hit 2,000 views, DM us, and we refund your order. Here is exactly how it works, so it is fair for everyone.

What counts as a qualifying post

• Your FRESURE product is the clear subject of the video. It should be visible, identifiable and genuinely featured, not a background prop or a one-second cameo.
• The video is your own original content, posted to a public Instagram account.
• You tag @fresure.uk in the caption.
• The video is posted within 60 days of your order being delivered.

The 2,000 views

• 2,000 views on a single video, counted by Instagram, within 30 days of posting.
• Views must be organic. Paid promotion, boosting, bought views or view farming disqualify the claim.
• The post must stay live while your claim is reviewed and for at least 14 days after approval.

How to claim

• DM @fresure.uk on Instagram with your order number and a link to your video.
• We verify claims within 7 days.
• Approved claims are refunded in full (the amount you paid for that order) to your original payment method within 14 days.

The fair play bit

• One refund per order and per customer.
• We may decline claims that break the letter or the spirit of these terms, for example bot views, spam accounts or misleading content.
• We may amend or end this offer for future orders at any time. Orders placed while the offer is live are honoured under the terms published at the time of purchase.
• Please make the incentive clear to your audience (for example #ad or a simple note that FRESURE refunds your order if it hits 2,000 views), in line with UK advertising guidance.
