Everything below is pulled from real FRESURE videos and what they actually sold. No theory. Watch the top four, steal the structure, film yours in twenty minutes.

The videos that sold the most

Ranked by units shifted, not views. Two of these came from accounts under 20,000 followers, so reach is not the thing that decides this.

  • 171units

    @360frankieslife · scent spray

    Review · filmed in the car · product on screen from 0:00 · face on camera

    "one spray of this and it stinks your whole car out all day"

    Opens on a deliberately wrong-sounding claim, then spends the rest of the video earning it. He talks to camera like he is telling a mate, never like an advert.

  • 165units

    @loustoppicks · scent spray

    Review · bottles lined up on the dash · no face on camera

    "if you don't care how your car smells, keep scrolling"

    Filters the audience in the first second. Anyone still watching has self-selected as interested, which is why it converts so hard.

  • 105units

    @fresure.uk · scent spray

    Answering a question · two bottles in hand · face on camera

    "how long do our scent sprays last?"

    Answers the single question every buyer has. If you get asked something in your comments, that comment is your next video.

  • 81units

    @fresure.uk · diffuser

    Demo · side by side comparison · face on camera

    "this is how much fragrance oil you need from your typical car freshener for it to last two months"

    Shows the difference instead of describing it. A visual comparison beats an adjective every single time.

  • 62units

    @ifemide_80 · diffuser

    Quick pitch · sat in the driver's seat · 23 seconds

    "my car smells good. what do you use? this is the secret"

    Question, pause, reveal. About as simple as a video gets, and it still moved sixty units.

  • 46units

    @_yemisola · diffuser

    Tutorial · 36 seconds · replying to a comment · 18,903 views

    "let me show you how to use this, because most of you have this thing and you just say your car is not smelling nice"

    The best performing diffuser video we have per view, roughly double our average. She teaches rather than sells, and the product does the rest.

Openers

Six hooks, already proven

Use them as written or bend them to your voice. The pattern matters more than the exact words.

The filter

"if you don't care how your car smells, keep scrolling"

Tells people to leave. The ones who stay are buyers.

The overclaim

"one spray and it stinks your whole car out all day"

Say something that sounds too strong, then back it up.

The teach

"most of you already have one of these and you're using it wrong"

Our highest scoring hook. Helping outperforms selling.

The secret

"my car smells good. what do you use? this is the secret"

Ask the question your comments already ask you.

The compare

"this is how much oil is in a normal air freshener. now look at this one"

Hold both up. Let the picture do the arguing.

The bin

"throw out every air freshener in your car, you don't need them"

Confident, slightly rude, impossible to scroll past.

The format

Four rules from the data

1

Product on screen inside three seconds. Every single one of our top selling videos does this. Not one of them opens on a talking head.

2

Fifteen to forty seconds. Our best performer had fifteen seconds of product on screen. Longer has never sold better.

3

Your face is optional. The two highest selling videos we have took opposite approaches. Do whichever you are quicker at.

4

Film it where it lives. Almost every winner was shot sitting in a car, on a phone, in one take. Studio lighting has never helped.

Compliance

Say this, never that

Short list, and it's only about claims that aren't true. Everything else is yours: your words, your tone, your angle. Describe it however you actually find it.

Safe to say

  • Water based, not oil based, so there's no oily residue
  • Spray it on fabric rather than leather, it absorbs better and lasts longer
  • A spray for any space: car, bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe
  • Lasts up to 48 hours per application
  • "Customers say it's still going days later" (as a report, not a promise)
  • 300ml, and two or three sprays is all you need
  • Diffuser: 8 scents, 6 colours, 48 combinations, 90% concentrated oils
  • Diffuser lasts up to two months

Never say or show

  • Any claim about which surfaces it is or isn't safe on
  • Sanitises, disinfects, kills bacteria, cleans, deep cleans
  • Anything about freshening laundry
  • "Lasts nine days" stated as a flat fact
  • Spraying directly at a person, a pet or a child seat
  • Spraying dirty trainers, gym bags or football boots
  • Any health, allergy or medical claim

The two that catch people out. First, spray it on fabric rather than leather: seats, mats, carpet, blankets. It absorbs better into soft surfaces so the scent lasts longer, which is just the best way to use it. No need to say anything about what it's safe on either way. Second, it's a fragrance and not a cleaning product, so it eliminates odour by holding in the fabric. That's a scent claim, never a hygiene one.
